Where can I get my apartment lock changed in Belgrade?

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Sent pictures of the current and replacement faucets and sink via WhatsApp. Had a response from Ilya the plumber within a couple hours. Arranged an appointment the following day, as this was not an emergency. Ilya worked around my schedule as well. Showed up right on time and did an excellent job swapping the faucets. How much does it cost to change a lock cylinder in Belgrade?
Labour starts at 3000 RSD for a new cylinder or a whole new lock in the old pocket, and at 4000 RSD for a lock in a door that never had one. The hardware is extra. Show us the door in a photo and you'll get the exact figure.
We rented a flat — should we change the cylinder?
Yes, if you are not sure who else still has keys. A new cylinder is usually enough: the lock stays and only the part the key goes into is changed. If the flat is rented, agree this with the landlord first.
Do I have to buy the lock myself?
Not at all. Hand the master your old cylinder or lock and he picks up an identical size on the way; the part is billed on top of the labour. Prefer to shop yourself? A photo of the door edge is enough for us to send the dimensions.
Can you open the door if I'm locked out?
Sorry, opening locked doors is not something we do. Get back in first, then book us: a fresh cylinder or lock means the old keys are useless.

How quickly can a master come?
